AeroVanta offers a 30-day refund review process for eligible purchases. A refund is not automatic. The product must be returned according to our instructions and must arrive without damage, missing parts, unauthorized modifications or misuse.

If a customer is not satisfied, they must contact us through the contact form or call us. Our team will explain the required return steps.

1. Contact us within 30 days

The customer must submit a refund request through the contact form or contact AeroVanta directly within 30 days from the eligible delivery date or order issue date.

2. Wait for return instructions

AeroVanta will review the request and provide return instructions. The customer must not ship the drone back before receiving instructions from our team.

3. Return the drone safely

The drone, accessories, batteries, controller, packaging and included items must be returned safely according to the instructions provided.

4. Inspection after arrival

After the returned product reaches AeroVanta or the approved return location, the product will be inspected for damage, missing items, signs of misuse or unauthorized modification.

5. Refund decision

If the returned product is accepted and is not damaged, incomplete or misused, AeroVanta will process the eligible refund according to the approved payment method and commercial conditions.
